Lyra is recruiting for an experienced and inspirational Executive Producer.

This is a brand new role for the organisation, working closely with Artistic Director, Jo Timmins, to realise and lead a new vision for the company, during a period of change and rebuilding as a result of the pandemic. This pivotal role will support the Artistic Director to lead the company and bring our artistic vision to life.

The Executive Producer will be responsible for directing all practical elements of Lyra’s work, ensuring the strategic planning and financial stability of the company and leading on all fundraising. Working within a small, community-based organisation the Executive Producer will also work hands-on and have line producing responsibilities to ensure the smooth daily running of the company and our artistic programmes.
