Head of Programmes: Are you dedicated to nurturing the talents of young composers and supporting artists to sustain successful careers in the music profession? As the Head of Programmes, you’ll play a central role in overseeing all facets of our initiatives catering to young composers and those aged 18 and over. This role requires exceptional skills, networks, and experience in music education or guiding artists towards successful careers in the music industry. You’ll be instrumental in crafting and implementing programmes aimed at fostering musical creativity, whether in formal or informal settings, across various genres, and at any educational stage for children and young people. Your leadership will shape recruitment, selection, and programme activities, supporting artists to sustain careers in the music profession.

Head of External Engagement: Are you an experienced fundraiser and communicator, adept at driving external engagement and enhancing income generation? As the Head of External Engagement, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of our external activities, encompassing profile enhancement, brand identity, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and forging strategic partnerships. Your role is critical in elevating our organisational visibility and influence, particularly through cultivating commercial partnerships that drive income generation. You’ll lead the external engagement team, ensuring the realisation of strategic and operational objectives. Building and nurturing internal and external relationships will be at the core of your responsibilities, contributing significantly to our mission of fostering a vibrant and inclusive music sector.

“If you’re passionate about supporting the next generation of composers and helping make the sector more open and accessible for composers at every stage of their creative journey, then I hope you will consider making an application.”
