About this event

Journalling can be a useful wellness tool in managing stress and enhancing wellbeing. It can help you with self-discovery, set and manage goals, help process emotions, and alleviate stress.

This workshop will introduce different approaches to journaling, helping participants see which one suits them the best.

It is aimed at those who are new to journalling, or those are lapsed journallers and are looking for a way back in.

Gallus Voices aims to help people across West Lothian have the confidence to share their voice. We facilitate workshops that provide the opportunity for those who are interested in trying creative writing in all its different forms.
