The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fearsome for a curious, creative and committed individual who’s excited to learn new things and have a new experience.

Fearsome is looking for a new Marketing Executive to join their small and fun team of creative engineers, keen to collaborate and make their contribution to Fearsome’s brand identity and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the current marketing strategy and building on the activities that are underway.
Helping devise and execute new marketing activities across media and social platforms.
Growing and managing email marketing lists
Devising and creating content as well as supporting other team members in creating content.
Come up with funky, innovative ways to market Fearsome.
Writing and executing email marketing campaigns

The Marketing Executive will be reporting directly to Fearsome’s CEO and will be facilitated in developing new skills and knowledge vital to their professional development.  A flexible approach to work is offered regarding working hours as well as office-based, remote or hybrid working.

Fearsome is looking for a creative, digitally savvy professional. Ideally, the position would be filled by a recent graduate, however, this is not essential. The role may suit returners, with workplaces and times being flexible.

Essential skills and qualities:

Strong communications skills through the written word.
Strong copywriting skills.
Creative and the ability to make your mark on Fearsome’s operations.
The ability to manage their own workload and respond quickly to a range of differing demands.
Curious, organised and self-motivated.
Strong work ethic & excellent attention to detail.
Strong knowledge and experience of working with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc, ideally in a business or promotional context.
Ability to work in a team.

Bonus points if you have:

Graphic design & video editing skills.
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
Experience developing/implementing marketing strategies.
Knowledge of CRM systems & E-Marketing protocol.
