Gemma Hare specialises in luxury fashion, beauty, food and lifestyle marketing, and is completely obsessed with all things brand. Currently the Brand Director for Kestin Hare, she oversees visual communication across the business. Gemma sets the marketing strategy which drives the Kestin Hare vision to position the brand (globally) at the forefront of Scottish design.

Gemma has previously worked for WGSN and Harvey Nichols and her diverse background in branding, marketing, journalism, trend forecasting gives her a unique take on the industry.

Kurt Green is the Creative Director of Human Resources, a cross-disciplinary, independent micro-design studio based in Edinburgh, Scotland, working with clients world-wide.
