I can help you get unstuck by looking at the way your mindset is driving your behaviours, and the way you approach business. I’m also an experienced management consultant so I can advise you on the practical (including tech) side of the business too.

My clients hire me to manage ambitious and complicated projects, so I’m very good at understanding and managing risk and finding creative ways to move forwards. I also write bids, facilitate board discussions and advise on recruitment and strategy. Most recently I’ve been overseeing digital consultation and focus groups.
