Get the Right Advice for your Creative Business
No matter what stage you are at in your business, you can’t expect to have all the skills and knowledge your business needs, particularly as your business changes and grows.
Our advisors can offer broad-based, general advice and support by acting as a sounding board for your ideas. We can also provide the sort of independent insight and fresh thinking that can be difficult when you work full time in your business.
By contrast, you may find that you need an advisor with a specific set of skills or particular expertise in areas such as trading internationally, intellectual property, contracts or marketing.
How it works
Your initial appointment will be with one of our general advisors. They have a wide range of experience and knowledge of the challenges creative businesses face at all stages.
After your initial meeting, you and your advisor will decide whether to continue your other 2 appointments together or whether you might need more specialised support. We will set those appointments up for you.
At any point during the process, you can purchase another block of 3 sessions. We are here to support you through your business challenges.
All 3 sessions must be completed within 12 months of purchasing the block. These sessions are heavily subsidised with the help of Creative Scotland.
