Monthly support group for leaders – October
October 28 @ 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
It can be lonely and challenging being a leader. Throughout the pandemic, we’ve heard from many leaders within the community about the struggles they’ve faced managing their companies through the last several months whilst balancing their own well-being and many of you are heading toward total burnout.
We are always stronger when we support each other as equals, which is why we feel like the best response to your cry to help is to start a monthly support group for leaders. This is a space where you can talk openly about work frustrations, challenges and successes with peers who can relate to your plight.
Everyone needs a safe outlet to soundboard ideas, get advice and normalise their experiences, but all too often leaders go unsupported.
This is an open discussion group hosted by experienced leader Rachael Brown, who is not afraid to speak openly about her journey, inclusive of ups and downs. These sessions are not recorded and Chatham House Rules apply.
*Space is limited to ensure everyone has air time. Book your free place now to attend.
