    It was great to run a live session today on Intelligent Risk Taking. All sorts of interesting discoveries – from which kind of risk we each deal best with to the big questions around our perceptions of risk and how to manage risk. There’s a couple of really essential tools in the session pack. I’ll post that on here today!

    Here’s the session pack for Intelligent Risk Taking Part 1. This session is all about defining and assessing risk and how we deal with it. Some really key exercises in here including The Creeping Harm exercise and Narrative Exercise as well as a Risk Assessment Matrix and a list of useful strategies for Risk Management.
